Skala BASFI
Do oceny skuteczności leczenia ZZSK stosuje się wskaźniki:
- wskaźnik BASDAI
- BASMI (Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index)
- BASFI (Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index)
BASFI to wskaźnik funkcjonalności ZZSK. Jest to formularz opracowany przy współudziale chorych.
Składa się z 10 pytań, przy czym 8 pierwszych dotyczy oceny ograniczeń funkcjonalnych związanych z przebiegiem choroby, a dwa ostatnie oceniają zdolność pacjenta do radzenia sobie w życiu codziennym.
Określa się go za pomocą analogowej skali wzrokowej od „łatwo” do „niemożliwe” (skala 0-10)
